Frequently Asked Questions
How long in advance do I need to book a vehicle?
We highly recommend that you make your reservations promptly after confirming your spot at your preferred campground. At present, we are receiving bookings up to six months in advance to ensure that our clients can secure an RV reservation for their camping vacations. We appreciate your understanding and swift action. Thank you.
Do you offer discounts?
We do offer a military, law enforcement officers, and first responders discount of 10% off the nightly rate.
Renter on contract must provide current ID as proof, no exceptions.
Any booking over 7+ days receives 1 free night.
Refer a friend that books with us and you receive a 10% discount off the nightly fee on your next RV rental.
Discounts are not stackable, only one discount per customer.
What are the delivery and pick up times?
Our delivery and pick-up services are available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Deliveries are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, and we make every effort to accommodate your schedule. Please note that there is a one-hour delivery window from the scheduled time. Deliveries made after 5:00 PM will incur a fee of $150.00. We appreciate your understanding.
Are there any extra fees?
Our delivery fees vary between $170.00 and $400.00, depending on the specific campgrounds to which we are delivering. Additionally, there is a preparation fee of $150.00. This fee includes filling the water and propane tanks, as well as dumping the gray and black holding tanks. It also covers the provision of bedding, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, a cutting board, knives, kitchen sink soap, a new sponge, an outdoor mat, and chairs.
Furthermore, we offer a limited supply of insulated coffee cups, solo cups, paper plates, a roll of paper kitchen towels, coffee machine filters, and a cleaning kit.
We also have camping necessities available for rent at an additional cost, which include:
- Inverter generators (9500 watt) at $45.00 per day
- Propane grills at $15.00 per day
- Propane tanks at $50.00 each

Are pets allowed?
We are pleased to inform you that pets are welcome in select vehicles. Kindly notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, as additional cleaning fees will apply. Please note that we limit the number of pets to two. For the comfort and cleanliness of our RVs, pets are not permitted on beds, bedding, couches, or any other furniture. We recommend bringing a dog bed and crate for your pet's convenience.
Additionally, please be advised that our RVs are not designed to function as pet kennels, and pets should never be left unattended inside the RV. The cleaning fee is set at $120.00, along with a security deposit of $500.00.

Security deposit?
The security deposit is set at $1,000.00. We will retain a credit card on file for a maximum of 14 days following the return of the RV unit. This period allows us to perform a comprehensive cleaning and inspection of the RV to assess any potential damage or missing items. Thank you for your understanding.
